After a small hiatus, Amala Paul is back in the Malayalam cinema with her upcoming film, ‘The Teacher’. It will be directed by Vivek, known for making ‘Athiran’, starring Fahadh Faasil and Sai Pallavi.
On the occasion of Teachers Day, superstar Mohanlal unveiled the first look poster of the film on his social media today.
He wrote, “Happy to share the first look of “The Teacher” and to wish Amala Paul , Director Vivek, and Nutmeg Productions all the best on their first Malayalam film together! The film from Nutmeg Productions and VTV Films is produced by Varun Tripuraneni, Abhishek Ramisetty, and G Pruthviraj.”

PV Shajikumar and Vivek have written the script of the film. Manju Pillai, Chemban Vinod Jose, Hakeem Shahjahan, Prashanth Murali, Nandu, Harish Pengan, Anu Mol, Mala Parvathy and Vineeta Koshy are also appearing in the lead roles along with Amala Paul.
‘The Teacher’ will be produced by Varun Tripuraneni, Abhishek Ramisetty, G Pruthvi Raj under the banner of Nutmeg Productions and VTV Films.
