‘Angamaly Diaries’ fame Sarath Chandran was found dead on Friday. He was 37 and is survived by his father Chandran and Leela. The Funeral will be reportedly held on the next day.
The reason for the death of the actor is yet to be ascertained. Sarath played a pivotal role in Lijo Jose Pellissery’s action drama film ‘Angamaly Diaries’ and his sequence in the film got much recognition from the audience.
Actor Antony Varghese Pepe shared screen space with Sarath Chandran and was deeply saddened by the loss of the young actor.
Hailing from Kochi, Sarath Chandran previously worked in an IT firm and also worked in films as a dubbing artist.
Sarath Chandran made his acting debut in the Malayalam film industry with the drama film ‘Aneesya’ and later he played a small role in the action drama ‘Angamaly Diaries’. His most prominent roles were in the films ‘Oru Mexican Aparatha’, ‘CIA: Comrade in America’, ‘Koode’, and the comedy film ‘Oru Thathvika Avalokanam’.
