Anna Ben has come a long way since making her debut with ‘Kumbalangi Nights’. The actress, recently, garnered praise for her acting skills in ‘Kappela’, which has started streaming in Netflix, and received thumbs up response from non – Malayaly viewers as well. That said, the actress is all set to do something special. Reports suggest that Anna Ben’s next project would see her performing several action sequences.
The movie, under the direction of Ranjan Pramod, is an action oriented project, for which Anna Ben had to take up some kick – boxing lessons, coupled with some training in parkour. The Ranjan Pramod directorial might get us an all new avatar of Anna Ben, who in her previous outings, mostly performed a girl – next door kind of roles. Sources suggest that the movie will also have Urvashi essaying a cameo role.
Apart from this Ranjan Pramod flick, Anna is also expected to start shooting for a project, to be directed by Antony Sony of ‘C/O Saira Banu’ fame. The movie, touted to be a rom – com entertainer, will feature Arjun Ashokan playing the lead hero.
