Bajaj has launched Avenger Street 180 in India for INR 83,475. The bike would replace the Street 150 lineup in India. Powered by a 178.6cc single cylinder engine, Bajaj Avenger Street 180 produces a power of 15.3bhp at 8,500rpm. The peak torque figure stands at 13.7Nm at 6,500rpm. The engine is mated to a five speed gearbox.
The design and mechanical parts of Avenger Street 180 are identical with that of the Street 220. The design has got a new headlight which is integrated with that of an integrated LED DRL along with a small black cowl. The bike is available in two different colour options – Ebony Black and Spicy Red.
