The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has issued a notification regarding the vacancy of 109 Scientists – B Scale. Vacancies are open under the following trades: Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Micro Biology, Textile Engineering and Fiber Science.
Candidates from reserved categories need not to pay any fee. Upon selected, candidates would receive salary according to the Level 10 Pay Scale in the 7th Pay Revision. Details of the number of vacancies and qualifications to apply for each post, are available at the website, www.bis.org.in. Application fee is INR 750 for general candidates. Last date to receive applications is April 02, 2018.
