Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, committed suicide at his Mumbai home. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging from his house in Bandra this morning. Some of his friends were at home when the body was found. The door to the room was found broken and he was hanging. Preliminary reports from the police say the star has been battling depression for the past six months. Aaj Tak reported that his friends told that the cause of suicide was depression. No suicide note has been found. Sushant’s last film was Chichor along with Shraddha Kapoor, he debuted in Bollywood with Kai Po Che.
Prior to reaching the big screen, Sushant was famous for her role on the small screen, especially the series ‘Pavithra Rishta’. Based on Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling book, The Three Mistakes of My Life, Sushant has reached the cinemas through Abhishek Kapoor’s Kai Po Che.
Sushant, who worked with Sudath Desi Romance after Parineeti Chopra’s 2013 hand-check, later starred in several films. Attention was last seen in Chichor along with Kapoor. It was directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The actor’s former manager Disha Sallian has been found dead some time ago.
Sushant Singh Rajput was born in Patna. His brother Neeraj Kumar Bablu is an MLA. He has two brothers and two sisters. In 2002, at the age of 16, Sushant’s mother died.
Sushant Singh Rajput, ranked seventh all-India in AIEEE, holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Rajput Delhi College of Engineering. He has also won Physics Olympiad. He joined Shiamak Dawar’s dance classes and later joined Barry John’s acting classes as an actor.
