BMW Motorrad India is all set to launch the company’s flagship adventure offering – R 1250 GS. Started off accepting the bookings, the R 1250 GS is expected to reach the dealers in India within this month. Quoting the company website, interested customers can book the flagship model from the German premium motorcycle manufacturer, by paying an amount INR 5 lakh.
A powerhouse, the engine of R 1250 GS churns out a maximum power of 138PS, while the peak torque figure stands at 143Nm. Compared to the previous outing, this updated adventure offering from BMW comes with a new 6.5 inch full color TFT display and a new engine management system, BMS – O. Apart from this, it features a number of upgrades such as a more advanced semi – active electronic suspension that comes with an automatic load compensation.
