A helicopter carrying Kedarnath pilgrims from Phata in Uttrakhand crashed on Tuesday morning. According to national media, at least six people are feared dead.
The incident is said to have taken place 2 kilometres away from Kedarnath.
The administration team has left for the spot for relief and rescue work. More details are awaited.
