Chennai: Actor Mansoor Ali Khan’s anti-women remark against South Indian actress Trisha created a big controversy.
Later, the Tamil film star association came forward against Mansoor Ali Khan.
The Women’s Commission had also filed a case against Mansoor. Fearing legal action, Mansoor apologized to Trisha.
But now, Mansoor Ali Khan says that he will file a defamation case against Trisha.
“A defamation case is going to be filed today. We have prepared all the documents. My lawyer will share the information regarding this.
Mansoor’s words were in an interview given to a national media. At the same time, when asked about the apology to Trisha, Mansoor Ali Khan added, “This is the biggest joke.”
A few days ago, Mansoor Ali Khan made bad remarks against Trisha in a press meet related to Leo movie.
Mansoor had said that Trisha could not be put to bed like Khushbu and Roja were put to bed in an earlier film and there were no rape scenes in Leo in any of the films he had done.
Mansoor had said that he expected to see the bedroom scene for sure and wished for it. Mansoor Ali Khan appeared in an important role in Leo starring Trisha and Vijay.
Trisha came against this. But Mansoor Ali Khan’s first stand was that he did not need to apologize or express regret for what he had done wrong.
Later, a case was filed against the actor and he apologized.
Mansoor has filed a defamation case against the actress after she apologized.
