The Central Board of Secondary Education has decided to conduct re examination for those who have failed in Class 9 and Class 11. CBSE has directed schools to hold re-exams to such students. Students, who have already appeared for the examination, too would get a second chance to appear for the examination.
Earlier, on May 13th that CBSE issued a similar statement. However, it came to be noticed that several schools have deferred from the CBSE announcement and were reluctant to give second chance to students. Noticing this, the CBSE authorities have asked schools across the country to strictly forllow the guidelines. It is also informed that the schools are free to conduct exams in either online or offline mode.
