In a letter to Chief Secretary Tom Jose, the Home Ministry said in a letter to Chief Secretary Tom Jose that the state government had given concessions to several areas which had been banned by the Home Ministry. The letter correctly states that dilution of the guidelines is a violation of the order. The letter also said that the guidelines issued by the Union Home Ministry on 15th and 16th should be strictly adhered to and the concessions should not be reduced. He also called for the strict adherence to the lockdown directives. Based on this, Kerala has decided to rectify the concessions.
