New Delhi: The Election Commission has instructed political parties not to use children for election campaign. The Election Commission has given strict instructions to the political parties ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
Political leaders and candidates should not carry children in their arms or carry them in rally vehicles during campaigns or rallies.
Symbols of political parties or candidates should not be displayed by children. Do not involve children in election campaigns, activities or jobs.

Strict action will be taken against the party and candidate who violates the law. The Election Commission has also announced that it will adopt a policy of 'zero tolerance' against political parties and leaders who engage in such activities.
Also sing election poems and songs. The warning states that the use of children to express the ideology of a political party through children is prohibited.
