The second term examination in schools of the state will be conducted from December 14 to 22. The decision was taken in the Quality Improvement Program (QIP) monitoring meeting chaired by the Director of Public Education.
The exam will be held from December 14 to 22 for classes 1 to 10. The second term examination of first and second year higher secondary classes will be from December 12 to 22.
Schools will be closed on December 23 for the Christmas holidays. The schools will be re-opened on January 3. It has been decided to leave the matter for the consideration of the government as there were complaints regarding the conduct of the SSLC examination scheduled to be held from March 13 to 30 in the afternoon during the Ramzan fast. The exam will be held from December 14 to 22 for classes up to 10th.
