Mercedes – Benz India has presented before its Indian customers, two upgrades variants from the performance brand. Launching updated CLA 45 sports sedan and GLA 45 4Matic crossover from Mercedes – AMG, are respectively priced at INR75.20 Lakh and INR 77.85 Lakh. The company also featured highly customized ‘Aero’ edition of both the models, respectively at INR 77.69 Lakh and INR 80.67 Lakh.
Targeting those who longs for performance coupled with luxurious – sedan – body style, the CLA 45 features a 2 litre, 4 cylinder turbocharged petrol variant. The models pumps out 375bhp of power at 6,000rpm; 475NM of torque between the 2,250rpm – 5,000rpm range. A 7 speed dual clutch automatic transmission, CLA 45 is capable of reaching 0 – 100kmph in 4.2 seconds.
As far as AMG GLA 45 is concerned, the model matches with the features of the CLA 45 in terms of engine and performance. It however takes 4.4 seconds for this model to reach 0 – 100kmph.
