The corruption-free Kerala project is being implemented under the leadership of the State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau in order to wipe out the menacing corruption in the state. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the state level program at Nalanchira Girideepam Convention Center on 18th of this month at 10.30 am.

MLA Kadakampally Surendran will preside over the function and Archbishop Mar Baselios Catholic Bava will deliver the keynote address at the function where Vigilance Director Manoj Abraham IPS will give the welcome address. Actor Nivin Pauly will be the chief guest. Vigilance IG H.Venkatesh IPS, SP E.S. Bijumon and others will also participate in the event.

A corruption-free governance system is essential for the sustainable development of any country or state. The state government is implementing “Zero Tolerance” measures against corrupt people.

In order to make the new generation understand that corruption is a scourge that holds back the development of the country, and to make the students and youth, who are the promises of the future generation, the front line fighters of this, the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau has organized a state-wide campaign called ‘Corruption Free Kerala’ involving students.

Along with the program, an awareness drama prepared by the Vigilance Department against corruption will also be presented.

Vigilance Awareness Week will also be held from October 31 to November 5 in schools, residence associations and government institutions.
