Amongst the publicly listed companies in the US, Apple is all set to become the first one to reach the $1 Trillion mark. In the previous financial year, the annual revenue of Apple has grossed $229 Billion. Currently, Apple’s market valuation stands at $934 Billion.
Meanwhile, Amazon, the market valuation of which stands at $780 Billion right now, too is expected to breach the $1 Trillion mark. However, Amazon stocks are experiencing a huge demand in the market, with its value surging past by 70 percent over the past 12 months. Apple stocks, over the same time, have grown by 24 percent. That said, both the companies are expected to achieve the $1 Trillion mark later this year.
