Eyeing to grab the market share from the starting days itself, Datsun is gearing up for launching the automatic version of the red-GO by January 2018. The engine is said to be of 1.0 liter option, while it would be paired with a 5 speed AMT gearbox. Going in line with the reports, it is believed that Datsun would be having the same rotary controller as that of the one found in Renault Kwid AMT. However, it is also reported that the model might go for a conventional gear level as well.
Datsun redi Go AMT is expected to be priced in the range of INR 2.41 lakh to INR 3.74 lakh.
