Audiences’ favourite actor Dileep turned 55 on Thursday and on the special occasion, he unveiled a first look poster of his upcoming film ‘Parakkum Pappan’. Touted to be a superhero film, it will be directed by Viyaan Vishnu. The tagline of the film reads, “Oru local superhero,” which translates to ‘a local superhero’.
It is noteworthy that this film was announced back in 2018, even before ‘Minnal Murali’ starring Tovino Thomas.
The first look poster features Dileep decked up in a black tee, and red dhoti, layered with a blue shirt, and a piece of red cloth tied around his neck, as a cape, and floating over his village.

The expectations are high as the script of the film is penned by Rafi, who has previously given blockbusters with Dileep including Punjabi House’, ‘Pandippada’ and
‘Thenkasippattanam’. As Rafi is scripting ‘Parakkum Pappan’, the film might more likely be a comedy-drama, featuring a local superhero.
