CoviShield was the vaccine most of us took. This vaccine is manufactured by AstraZeneca. They have now agreed to one thing in court. Their vaccine may have a rare side effect. This side effect is called TTS. They have made this response in a case filed against them last year.
A case was filed against the company by a British person. He took the Covishield vaccine in the year 2021. He then suffered a permanent brain injury. So he could not go to work. This incident has now become news in a big way around the world. Are there any problems with this vaccine? TTS is a very rare condition. This results in blood clotting, as well as a decrease in the platelet count in the blood. This is the side effect of this vaccine. But this is already known. They have disclosed this in their package itself. What has happened now is that for the first time they have publicly admitted this in a court of law.
Many Indian doctors on this subject say that this condition is reported only in the first month after the vaccination, and that too only in the first month after the first dose. Majority of us got this vaccine years ago. Not only that, there is a more severe risk of developing this condition in people who have already had a covid infection and who are sick for reasons other than the vaccine.
