Produced by Dulquer Salman and Jacob Gregory under the banner of Wayfarer Films, Maniyarayile Ashokan is all set to release on Netflix on August 31st. Dulquer Salman himself made the official announcement on social media. Maniyarayile Ashokan is also the first Malayalam film to be released live on Netflix. Directed by newcomer Shamsu Saiba, the film stars Gregory and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles.
The film stars Tom Chacko, Krishna Shankar, Vijayaraghavan, Indrans, Sudheesh, Sreelakshmi, Nayana, and Sreedha Sivadas. Screenplay by Vineeth Krishnan, cinematography by Sajad Kaku, editing by Appu Bhattathiri and music by Sreehari K Nair. Interesting lyrics by Shias Ahmedkoya. Arun S Mani and Vishnu PC are the sound designers and Jayan Crayon is the production designer. The songs in the film have already become a hit among the audience.
