Dulquer Salmaan on Tuesday continued introduction of his exquisite car collection and today it was the swanky and stylish blue-colored 991.2 Porsche 911 GT3.
He shared a video via his official Instagram handle and penned a note that read, “Next up is the 991.2 Porsche 911 GT3. This was something of a pinch myself moment. The fact that India got GT3s offered officially when so many halo cars never make it here was a huge deal in itself. The 991.1 GT3 saw only 3 cars come to India. So when the .2 was finally made with that glorious six speed manual initially made for the 911R, I felt getting an allocation would be impossible. After what unfolded like a movie plot I finally got a slot. The first new sports car I ever got to spec (since most of my performance cars have been pre-owned), this has outlived the hype. What a thing ! The sharpest tool in my shed. The most raw and engaging driving experience. The Porsche GT division I’m convinced are Hogwarts alumni ! And Andreas Preuninger the Dumbledore of the sports car world.”
