Dulquer Salmaan, who has acted in a couple of Hindi films, is a very dear friend to Bollywood director Karan Johar. On the occasion of Karan Johar’s 50th birthday today, DQ took to his Instagram story and wished him.
Dulquer shared a dapper picture of the director and penned a note for the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai director. He wrote, “Wishing you the happiest birthday Karan!!! Hate that I’m missing the biggest celebration of you! Stay fabulous.!”

The director has launched the careers of several successful actors under his own Dharma Productions. The recipient of several accolades, including a National Film Award and six Filmfare Awards, he has been honoured with Padma Shri, the country’s fourth highest civilian award by the Government of India in 2020.
