Empzilla, a chat based job search app has made its presence felt in Google PlayStore. Letting the job seekers and employers to chat with each other, Empzilla is the first of its kind app in India. Empzilla can reduce the headache of the HR department in handling a whole lot of mails, which they receive. Commenting on the app, the company chairman Akash Attray said that they would take part in the government’s Digital India initiative.
Empzilla gives notifications to the candidates, right from ‘application viewed status’ to that of ‘application reviewed status’ or that of ‘interview invite status’.
