Facebook India is preparing to give a boost to the already thriving Indian smartphone industry. Announcing a programme, ‘Zero Friction’, Facebook company officials maintained that the programme would help brands to reach into the customers deeply. While speaking about the porgramme, company officials were of the opinion that consumer dropout was mainly due to lack of care being given to media.
The report, underlined the kind of influence which the mobile phone has got a huge role, in determining the purchase habit of users. The intervention of facebook is expected to create $3.1 billion worth revenue for smartphone brands as a whole by 2022.
