While the world is abuzz with cryptocurrency talks, with a number of countries legally banning the trading of it, a tech giant is reportedly preparing to launch an own cryptocurrency – Facebook. By way of exploring a new Blockchain group, Facebook is planning to come up with an own cryptocurrency. Though the company declined to comment on this, it is reported that the company has already set up a dedicated team for the task.
It is not clear whether the social network giant would come up with an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or not. Facebook has got over 2 billion users globally.
