Facebook has rolled out the ‘Snooze’ feature for the users in its News Feed. The feature will help its users to unfollow a person for a temporary period of 30 days. That means, those who wishes to unfollow a person for these days, users would stop receiving updates from that particular person, without the luxury of unfriending.
Announcing the same through a blog post, facebook officials maintained that users can even revise the ‘Snooze’ period according to their convenience. ‘Snooze’ happens to be an innovative step taken by the social media app, in line with the likes of ‘Unfollow’, ‘Hide’, ‘Report’, ‘See First’ etc.
