While the industry is abuzz with lots of promising projects, the cinema watching experience is certainly going to explore different dimensions. Though the pandemic has incurred never seen before losses for the industry, it however has adapted to the changes. Several interesting projects are being announced – not necessarily meant for theatrical experience. One such an interesting project is Fahadh Faasil’s ‘Joji’. The movie, which is directed by Dileesh Pothen, is said to be gearing up for an OTT release.
Scripted by Shyam Pushkaran, ‘Joji’ is a modern day adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Incidentally, this would be the third direct OTT release for Fahadh Faasil. While he debuted OTT platforms with ‘C U Soon’, his next, ‘Irul’ – teaming up with Soubin Shahir – too would be an OTT release. Now, ‘Joji’ too has joined the bandwagon. The movie is being produced under the banners of ‘Fahadh Faasil and Friends’, ‘Bhavana Studios’, and ‘Working Class Hero’.
