The trailer of yet another interesting web series is out here. Featuring Tau and Ishan Khattar, the web series, Suitable Boy has hit social media spaces. Directed by Meera Nair, Suitable Boy is based on the novel penned by Vikram Seth, of the same name. In no time, the trailer has become a hit in the digital space. Set in the era of a newly independent India, the story progresses through four families. The search of a family to find a ‘suitable boy’ for its daughter forms the backdrop of the web series.
Apart from the lead star cast, the web series also features Tanya Manikattla and Rasika Dugal. Reports suggest that the first episode of Suitable Boy will get released on BBC One on July 26th. Makers also maintained that this English series will also have a Netflix release. However, they are yet to finalize a date of releasing the project in the OTT platform.
