Transport Minister KB Ganesh Kumar said that freaks will not be ignored and a special place should be found to show their skills.
The minister informed that if the place is found, permission will be given in a legal manner. The minister announced this in a video shared on his official Facebook page.
Minister’s words – All the exercises that freaks do can be skills. But not on the road. If the place is found and informed, it will be allowed if there is proper insurance and things. But the minister said that no practice should be done on the road.
The minister announced that there will be a complete change in the learner’s test for obtaining a driving license.

There will be a change in the exam pattern. Earlier, if 12 out of 20 questions were answered correctly, the learning exam would be passed. Now the number of questions will be increased from 20 to 30.
The minister also clarified that learners will pass the exam only if they answer 25 of the 30 questions correctly.

A column will be drawn and it will be told to park from front and reverse. The minister also says that if the vehicle goes outside, the license will not be given.
The minister said that it is not driving the vehicle but handling the vehicle that is important.
It has been decided not to issue more than 20 licenses per day from one office. An order clarifying this will be issued soon.
A license will not be issued if the recommendation is brought. He said that the operation of driving schools will also be changed and everything will be captured on camera. The minister said that four and a half lakh licenses and RC books are to be distributed in the state.
The minister also said that driving while talking on a mobile phone, driving without a license and driving with three adults will be punishable offences.
