Gauthami Nair’s directorial debut ‘Vritham’ had gained much attention from the media, as it was announced by Dulquer Salmaan. The movie also marked the reunion of Gauthami Nair and Sunny Wayne after their debut ‘Second Show’. However, the actress’s wish for materializing her directorial debut didn’t progress without hurdles. While several sources suggest that the project got shelved, Gauthami still hasn’t lost the hope.
During an interview with a media portal, the actress maintained that the project was paused due to creative indifferences with the producer. She also added that she has been looking for others producers, who can take up the project – an unsuccessful attempt so far. However, the actress expressed optimism and said that one day, she might be able to resume the project. Meanwhile, she is all set to be back in films, and is part of the project ‘Meri Aawaz Suno’, starring Jayasurya and Manju Warrier in the lead roles. The movie is being directed by Prajesh Sen.
