Google is working behind a Reply App, which is undergoing testing phase. The app, which offers automated contextual responses for third party apps, is undergoing its test run phase. Being developed by Google’s Experimental division Area t20, the app – ‘Reply’ – will expand Allo’s Smart Reply feature for third party apps. Reportedly, the app would be using contextual machine learning for offering the best possible reply for a message notification.
Insider reports suggest that the key features of the app include that of basic functions – a ‘Yes/No’ reply for instance. While it is not sure about the app’s future tie ups, it however might be linked with the following apps – Hangouts, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Android Messages, Skype, Twitter DMs and Slack.
