A case has been registered under IPC Section 153 and 153A (acting in a manner which aggravates enmity between two sections).
The case is based on a note written by the Union Minister on the social media platform X after the Kalamassery bomb blast.
The Union Minister’s note blamed the political situation in Kerala and alleged the role of Hamas in the blast. A case was registered at the Ernakulam Central Police Station, considering that it was a kind of reference to put a special section in the accused’s place even before the confirmation.
