Mother strangles her 2-year-old son to death for disturbing him by crying while talking on the phone. Afsana Khatoon, a young woman, strangled her 2-year-old son. The shocking incident took place in Jharkhand’s Giridih district.
The police arrested the mother based on the complaint filed by the father-in-law in the incident. The young woman got married six years ago and has sons aged four and two. After arguing with her husband on Thursday, Afzana entered the room with her younger son and closed the door.
Meanwhile Afsana received a phone call. While talking on the phone, the baby started crying. The police said that the woman got angry and strangled the baby.
But still others did not know about the murder. At night, when she called her husband to the room to sleep, she saw her son lying unconscious. The child was taken to the hospital immediately, but he died.
Later it became clear that the child was killed. The child’s body was sent for post-mortem. Further investigation is underway.
