Wholly owned by Huawei, Honor has announced that the Android 8.0 Oreo update was ready for Honor 7X. The Android Oreo beta programme of Huawei has brought the Oreo update along with EMUI 8.0, which is right now only available in the US. The latest update brings a number of quick shortcuts menus from the app icon. They can be accessed by means of going for a long press with the app icon.
The latest update will help users in terms of a floating navigation dock, which can be accessed from anywhere on the screen. The recycle bin, as was modified in the Oreo update, will retain the deleted items for a period of 30 days.
