IBM has partnered with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), for launching a ‘New Collar’ curriculum. A two year Advanced Technical Diploma Programme offered at Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the country, will follow the new curriculum. Aimed at building the next generation skills needed for ‘New Collar’ careers, the programme will include industry relevant courses. This includes hardware maintenance, web developments, soft skills and the likes of it – which students can go for after the completion of class 12.

IBM has also offered a five month paid internship for students, who successfully completed the course.
