Rating agency ICRA has predicted that Indian companies would better their positions in the coming years. According to the report from the agency, Indian IT service companies would register an annual growth rate (CAGR) in high single digits between FY2018-21. The report further stated that the Indian IT service companies were affected by the lower demand. Apart from this, Indian companies would have to tackle issues such as lower size in digital technologies and high competition.
Going in line with ICRA report, the lower growth registered by the Indian IT service companies would be mainly due to a higher performance in the digital service sector.
