Ritu Mantra is well known to Malayalees. The actor is active in all social media. The actor gained more audience attention through Bigg Boss. A post shared by the actor a few days ago, the most noticed was another face of Ritu which was shared by actress and director Geethu Mohandas. Trained in Krav Maga, Ritu won two bronze medals for India in the World Jujitsu Championship. The country became proud by winning. Ritu says that the full credit goes to Mammukka when she achieved success in jujitsu. Ritu Mantra talks about her love for martial arts. There is a fighter inside of us from childhood. I heard about Krav Maga when I came from Big Boss. A neighbor of mine learned that he was studying it. It is a self defense art form. In Israel, the military and the police are trained in this. It is known more in European countries.

This is what Ritu Mantra said in an interview with Kaumudi, if someone comes to attack us on the street, we can use this to defend them. An action movie came in between, so it felt like it was learned. The competition I did was JUJUTSU. Those who have done Krav Maga can participate. That’s how I got into it

I am also learning Kalari now. If we return to this one area, we will gain confidence. My sponsor was Mammukkah. Called but could not meet. I was sent as all the best, then the responsibility increased. Then the preparation was made more. There were so many countries in that competition, India is going to JUJUTSU. I am very happy to be a part of it. Two people were from Kerala.
