The Kerala International Film Festival IFFK scheduled to be held in in December 2021 has been postponed. The new date is February 4 to11, 2022. The film festival will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at Nishagandhi Auditorium.
The film festival was held in December every year. The International Documentary Short Film Festival, which could not be held last July in the wake of the Kovid expansion, had to be held in December and the theaters were not ready for the festival, which was postponed to next year. The fair will be held in about a dozen theaters in Thiruvananthapuram.
The International Documentary Short Film Festival will be held from December 9 to 14 at four screens at the Aries Plex SL Theater Complex, Thiruvananthapuram. The CM will inaugurate the fair. The film festival will be organized in accordance with the Covid norms as per the government directives.
