The joint venture of IIT Bombay and Monash Research Academy, Australia, has invited applications from eligible candidates for applying to the IITB – Monash Research Academy PhD. Candidates, who have scored first class marks in MTech, ME, MSc, can apply for the scholarship. However, first class undergraduates in BE, BTech, BSc with valid GATE score too are eligible for applying. The GATE score criterion is further exempted for first class undergraduates with a minimum of 2 year experience.
Upon selected, a candidate will receive a scholarship amount of INR 3,72,000 per annum for the first two years. During the subsequent years of study, he/she will receive an amount of INR 4,20,000 per annum.
