India in the last 24 hours saw a decrease in COVID-19 cases as the country recorded only 4,858 new cases only.
According to the data shared by the Union Health Ministry on Monday, the total recovery rate reached at around 98.71 per cent and total recoveries data reached to 4,39,62,664. India recorded new 4,735 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
The total active cases of COVID-19 in India have increased to 48,027, the health ministry data showed today. Yesterday, the registered active cases were around 47,922.
India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded 216.70 Cr (2,16,70,14,127) as per provisional reports till 7 am today.
