After going for a global launch earlier this month, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus RED Editions, got launched in India. Priced respectively at INR 67,940 and INR 77,560, the iPhone 8 (PRODUCT) and iPhone 8 Plus (PRODUCT), are the special editions, which sport a matte red aluminum finish. The above mentioned prices are for the base editions, which comes with internal storage of 64GB. On the other hand, higher models of iPhone 8 (PRODUCT) and iPhone 8 Plus (PRODUCT) are respectively available for INR 81,500 and INR 91,110.
The special editions (PRODUCT) Red are been made with an aim of creating an impact in fighting the spread of HIV and AIDS. According to the company officials, a part of the sales profit received from these products, goes to the Global Fund HIV/AIDS grants.
