The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is going to launch as many as 31 satellites on January 10th, 2018. All set to be launched from Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, the 31 satellites are scheduled to be launched at 9.30 am. Well, the earth observation spacecraft Cartosat is amongst the 31 satellites, that are to be launched. As much as 6 countries’ satellites are going to be launched on this single launch.
The launch will mark the sixth Cartosat in the second series; the observational satellite is meant for beaming high quality images for cartographic, urban and rural applications.
