In a major revelation, Prithviraj Sukumaran said that his upcoming film ‘Jana Gana Mana’ will have a sequel and the scenes shown in the previously released teaser and the upcoming trailer, are from the second part of the film. He announced during a promotional event held at a college in Kochi.
Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the actor further added that the second part of ‘Jana Gana Mana’ will showcase the present timeline which is shown as flashback scenes in the first part.
Taking to Instagram, Prithviraj announced that the trailer will release on March 30 at 6 pm. ‘Jana Gana Mana’ will hit the screens on April 28.

Apart from Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu, the film has talented casts that includes Mamta Mohandas, Siddique, Vincy Aloshious, Shari, Sri Divya, Dhruvan, and Anand Bal. Prithviraj and Suraj previously shared the screen space for 2019’s release Driving License, which was a BO hit.
