Jayasurya’s investigation thriller ‘John Luther’ is all set to release on May 27, directed by debutant Abhijith Joseph. Jayasurya, who will play a cop, announced on his Instagram handle, the release date of the film on Wednesday.
The film is produced by Thomas P Mathew and co-produced by Christeena Thomas.
Sharing a new poster from the investigation thriller, the actor penned a note that read, “John Luther Hitting theatres on 27th of May.”

Jayasurya is playing the role of a police officer who is trying to solve the mystery behind a road accident and missing person cases. Later, the cop suffers a hearing impairment following an accident. Deepak Parambol, Siddique, Drishya Raghunath and Athmeeya Rajan will play important characters in the movie. The story of the movie is set in Devikulam, Munnar.
Recently, the makers of the film released trailer of the film which soared up the expectation levels among audiences. Edited by Praveen Prabhakar, the film has music by Shaan Rahman.
