ICMR released the statics of India’s Covid fight during the last 24 hours, and suggested that the number of new patients with Covidi is not looking to pause. In 24 hours, a total of 17,296 people were diagnosed with the disease, thereby marking India’s new daily record positive figure. The pandemic has also claimed the lives of 407 people during the past 24 hours.
With this, India’s total death tally has reached 15,301, while the number of people affected by the disease is on the verge of crossing 5 lakh mark. As of now, a total of 4,90,401 were diagnosed with the disease. While 1,89,463 people are currently undergoing treatment, 2,85,637 were discharged from the hospital.
Maharashtra alone has witnessed 1.5 lakh cases and 6931 death tolls. With 73,780 reported cases, Delhi follows the chart.
