Vignesh Shivan’s upcoming film, ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal’, which has a star-studded cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha and Nayanthara, has been cleared for release with a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. The film will have a theatrical release on April 28. The release will also coincide with Samantha’s birthday.
The romantic comedy film is written and directed by Vignesh Shivan and produced by Shivan and Nayanthara’s banner Rowdy Pictures with Seven Screen Studios.
The film’s seven-song soundtrack were composed by Anirudh Ravichander in his third collaboration with Vignesh as a director, after Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015) and Thaanaa Serndha Koottam (2018).
Interestingly, former cricketer Sreesanth is also acting in the flick and will be seen locking horns with Vijay Sethupathi. The film will release in Tamil and Telugu languages.
