Kalidas Jayaram has reportedly signed the dotted lines with Sudha Kongara’s next directorial venture. Going in line with the reports, Sudha Kongara’s project wouldn’t be a full feature film, rather is part of an anthology, which will be streamed in Netflix. Though not much is known about the anthology, it is heard that apart from Sudha, the anthology project would have Vetrimaaran, Gautam Vasudev Menon and Vignesh Sivan directing their segments. For Kalidas, this would be his third major outing in Kollywood. Earlier, he had his film debut with ‘Oru Pakka Kathai’, which was followed by ‘Meen Kuzhambum Mann Paanaiyum’.
Sudha Kongara, who is currently busy with Suriya starrer ‘Soorarai Pottru’, is eagerly awaiting for the release of the project, once the Covid restrictions are lifted. Sudha’s name is also linked with a Vijay starrer, which might get an official announcement soon in the coming days.
