In a big development, the makers of the film ‘Vikram’ on Monday announced that the trailer will be launched on May 18 at Cannes Film Festival. This news has excited the fans and are eagerly waiting to see Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Fasil on screen on June 3.
Sharing the big news, the makers wrote on Twitter, “Glad to announce the launch of Vikram NFTs and Trailer at Cannes Film festival in association with Vistaverse and Lotus Meta Entertainment!.”

Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’ trailer becomes the first Indian trailer to be launched at a global film festival. Also, ‘Vikram’ is the first Indian film to get NFTs, and it will be available for land sale in Chennai and Mumbai after the launch.
The action thriller has an ensemble cast including Shivani Narayanan, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Antony Varghese, and Arjun Das in ancillary roles. ‘Vikram’ is helmed by Lokesh Kangaraj and backed by Kamal Haasan’s production, Raaj Kamal Films International. Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music for the film.
