India Kawasaki Motor (IKM) has launched the Candy Plasma Blue colour variant of Ninja 650 ABS. The model, which has been priced at INR 5.33 Lakh, has also discontinued the Black colour variant. Along with the Blue variant, Kawasaki Ninja 650 will also have a KRT edition. The special edition, which was inspired by the Kawasaki Racing Team, has been priced at INR 5.49 Lakh.
Powered by the same 649cc parallel – twin liquid cooled engine, Ninja 650 ABS generates 71.1bhp at 8,500rpm. The peak torque figure stands at 64Nm at 7,000rpm. That said, the engine is mated with a six speed transmission. Weighing for 211kg, Ninja 650 ABS has got a 16 liter fuel tank.
