The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) will be giving training to over one and half lakh teachers by June, 2018. The training is conducted to meet the initiative of the General Education Department (GED) in making 45,000 smart class rooms by the same period. The training for High School teachers will cover over 56,000 teachers and the session will begin at April 21. For over 28,000 Higher Secondary School Teachers, a training of four days will be given – set to start from May 7 onwards.
